Discipleship Development This interactive, “hands-on” training is targeted at Bible Study facilitators, small group and ministry leaders.  It will significantly improve facilitation skills, teach them how to fully engage small group participants on a personal level, enhance their spiritual development and impart the fundamentals of building disciples. This interactive, “hands-on” training is designed to benefit those who lead small groups, teach Bible studies or lead learning experiences aimed at faith development Course material can be customized to your specific needs and "a train the trainer" program is available.   The course material starts with the basics and then builds on and reinforces that material, with effective facilitator and servant leadership skills being modeled throughout training. You’ll gain a basic understanding of the principles and skills necessary to become an effective facilitator of group learning experiences and how to support and build up the body of Christ.
